Who receives your information?
NKOB Foundation receives and handles enquiries sent through the website contact form. For questions about this notice or requests concerning your information, contact the Foundation through the contact form and choose “Other request”.
What information is collected?
When you submit a message, the website collects the fields you provide: your name, email address, subject and message. It also records the form language, the date received and the message handling status.
Why do we use it?
This information is used to receive your enquiry, reply and follow up on the conversation. The form does not ask for bank details, and the website does not process online payments. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Who can access it?
Messages are stored in the website database and can be viewed by people authorised to use the administration area. The hosting provider and people maintaining the website may also access information as needed for technical work. NKOB Foundation does not sell information submitted through this form.
How long are messages kept?
Messages remain in the administration area until deleted by the Foundation. The website does not automatically delete messages after a set period. The Foundation should therefore review completed enquiries regularly and arrange deletion of messages that are no longer needed.
Request a copy, correction or deletion
You can contact the Foundation through the form to request access to your information, a correction or deletion. Include the email address used for your enquiry and choose “Other request”. The Foundation will review the request and may ask for details to locate the relevant message.
Cookies and external services
The website uses a technical session cookie needed to operate and protect its forms. It is not an advertising cookie. Some pages may embed a YouTube video; opening or playing it may result in YouTube processing technical data under its own privacy rules.
